Consulting with ETNTAC on development proposals
Wudjari people have a right under culture and law to be notified about, advise on, and consent to activities that may affect their Country and Heritage.
Proponents looking to undertake ground disturbing activities on Wudjari Country, and who a) hold a heritage agreement with ETNTAC; or b) need to consult on statutory approvals, must submit an Activity Notice for ETNTAC to review.
ETNTAC reviews activity notices with its Circle of Elders committee, which meets on a monthly basis. Upon review, we will direct you on an appropriate heritage response, including whether your proposal may require a heritage survey, or the provision of Cultural Monitors.
Activity Notices should include detailed information on the proposed works. Spatial data must also be provided. They can be submitted via the our Heritage enquiry form.
